Style Choice
Blockout
- This term is used to describe fabric that is designed to prevent the transfer of light. With block out blinds some natural light can still enter the room via gaps around outer edge of the blind.
Blackout
- This term is used to describe blockout roller blinds that are specially fitted with additional side tracks and pelmets in order to prevent almost all natural light from entering a room. Black out blinds are used to achieve maximum daytime darkness.
Please note: Whilst we do our very best to prevent light from entering a room with blackout blinds in some exceptional circumstances light can still come through.
